6 Week Postnatal rehabilitation course; focusing on Pelvic floor, Abdominals, Breath and Posture!


Service Description

Postnatal 6 week rehabilitation course, all about getting you strong again after pregnancy and birth to take on day to day mum activities and to get you ready for a safe return to exercise. 6x90Mins classes 60Mins of focused exercise to strengthen the Pelvic Floor, Abdominals and to help re-align that 'Pregnancy Posture', setting the foundations to ensure you recover STRONG after having a Baby; no matter how long ago that was! All tailored to your specific Postnatal recovery. 30mins 'Time to Chat' at the end, to talk about all things #mumlife; your babes, your life outside of being a mum and to build lasting friendships. All with a cuppa in hand (and possibly a cheeky biscuit ;-)) You will also get: - Weekly homework via the App, all tailored to you. - Video links against each homework exercise for easy following. - Your own TheraBand resistance band for your strength level - Your own trigger massage ball - Weekly check in from me via whatsapp - A Goody bag full of local Businesses details with DISCOUNTS - Tea and Coffee each week (and sometimes biscuits :-)) Each course will have no more than 8 ladies to ensure you get the 121 time you require to check technique, form and to talk about your birth, recovery or just life! Who can join? Suitable from 4 weeks (6 weeks if delivery was via C-section) Remember you are always postnatal after having children so even if you're 6months, 6 years or 16years and you're experiencing symptoms such as: -Lower back pain -Pelvic pain -Urinary incontinence (including stress incontinence when you cough, sneeze or jump) -Prolapse -Wind incontinence -Painful intercourse -Weakened Abdominal muscles (or a diagnosed Diastasis Recti) Little ones are welcome to join, we can incorporate babies into a few exercises throughout the session and if you need to feed, cuddle, hold them at any point that's absolutely fine :-) (my apologies but unfortunately I can't accommodate toddlers on this course) Any questions please get intouch with me at shani@strongmamafitness.co.uk
